Eligibility for $750 property tax rebate
- Citizens must be Montana residents.
- Property tax bill must be issued for primary residence and paid during the tax year.
- Applicant must be a Montana taxpayer.
- Applicant must have resided and stay in Montana for at least 7 months in 2023.
- The types of housing that qualify for this rebate are apartments, mobile homes, trailer homes, single-family homes, condominiums, and houses.
- Only one household may receive the discount.
