IDP IELTS Scholarship Eligibility 2024
- To qualify for IDP IELTS Scholarships, schedule an IELTS test (Academic or General Training) from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
- Winners will be chosen based on their responses to specific questions and announced by the 15th of the next month.
- The age of the applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- IDP IELTS India provides tests in Academics, General Training, UKVI, and Life Skills.
- The test should likely be taken from October 1 to December 31, 2024.
- He/she should have achieved an overall band score of 6 or higher.
- Participants need to create a one-minute Instagram video story in English and share their details on the contest page.
- Only Indian citizens or legal residents of India can apply.
- Candidates who miss, cancel, or retake the test only once cannot qualify.

IDP IELTS Scholarship for Female Candidates
Almost 33% of the scholarship is for female candidates.
IDP IELTS India allocates 33% of scholarships for women. Each month, this initiative will support 100 students in India aiming to fulfil their educational, job, and immigration goals abroad. To enhance diversity and promote gender equality in international education, IDP IELTS India has dedicated 33% of the scholarships specifically for female candidates.
Prize distribution process
- The reward will be directly sent via bank transfer to the winner’s Indian bank account.
- If they will be given INR 10,000 as reward then no tax will be deducted.
- A copy of the PAN and a cancelled cheque is needed to get the prize.
- If the winner lacks a bank account, documents from a parent are needed.
- Payments to the parent’s account may be subject to applicable TDS.
- Transfers will be processed within 5 working days after receiving all documents.
- The Winners will get to know about their selection through email or phone.
- Winners have 7 days to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond may result in forfeiting the award and selecting a new winner.
Terms and Conditions
- The Award cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- IDP can disqualify any application that fails to meet eligibility requirements or is deemed fraudulent.
- By entering the Award, you allow IDP and its related companies to use your name, photo, and testimonials.
- This includes the video submitted for the IELTS Celebrating Success Award.
- You will not receive any extra payment for this use.
