Airtel Foundation aims to provide support to deserving students from diverse backgrounds, with a special focus on girls, so that they can become future leaders in the field of technology. To achieve this goal, a special scholarship program has been created for students studying in undergraduate (UG) courses of engineering and 5-year integrated programs. This scholarship is for students studying in the top 50 engineering colleges in India, such as IITs. Students receiving these scholarships will be called “Bharti Scholars”.
This scholarship is fully funded, meaning it covers all expenses such as annual fees, food and living expenses. This Bharti Airtel Foundation Scholarship 2024 is for those students who are good in studies but are unable to pursue higher education due to financial problems. Apart from this, all Bharti Scholars will also be given a laptop in the first year Therefore, eligible students must hurry up and grab this golden opportunity to fulfill their dreams.
Eligibility Criteria for Bharti Airtel Foundation Scholarship 2024
Bharti Airtel Foundation has announced a scholarship program for 2024-25, which aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students from various backgrounds. The eligibility criteria for this scholarship are as follows:
- Admission to First Year: Students must be admitted to UG/5-year Integrated Courses in Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Aerospace and New Technologies (AI, IoT, AR/VR, Machine Learning, Robotics) in Top 50 NIRF Engineering Universities/Institutes (based on latest list) starting with 2024 batch.
- Citizenship: Students must be citizens and residents of India.
- Annual Family Income: Annual family income from all sources should not exceed Rs 8.5 lakh.
- Unencumbered by other scholarships: Applicants must not be receiving any other scholarship or grant supported by Airtel Foundation for the same purpose as admitted.
- Note: Girls are encouraged to apply.

Benefits of the Bharti Airtel Foundation Scholarship 2024
- Course Duration: This scholarship is for the full duration of UG courses, including 5-year Integrated courses (subject to meeting renewal criteria).
- Fees Covered: The scholarship covers 100% of the annual fee as per the institute’s fee structure.
- Hostel & Mess Fees: Hostel and mess fees will be provided to all selected students who apply.
- Support to students staying in PG/Outside Hostels: Students staying in PG/Outside Hostels will be supported as per the institute’s hostel/mess fees.
- Laptop Provision: All admitted scholars will be provided with a laptop (Safety/security of the laptop will be the responsibility of the student. No replacement will be provided).
- Financial Support: Once admitted scholars graduate and are subsequently placed in good employment, they will undertake to provide financial support to at least one student at the school or college level, to the best of their ability, at any time.
