- The scheme is only available for students who belongs to state of Gujarat in India
- The person who is registered with Gujarat labour welfare board or their children can only apply.

You have to carry the following documents which will be submitted at the time of applying online
- Aadhar card of the applicant
- Domicile certificate of Gujarat
- 12th class marksheet and certificate.
