Jamia Millia Islamia is top rank university in India which is offering multiple courses for UG and PG levels and offering Ph.D program to eligible students. While universities are following the CUET scorecard to provide admission in their colleges, Jamia is conducting their own entrance examination and interview according to the course. The authority have released prospectus for the admission in different courses on 5 March 2025 and candidates can submit application form through online mode accordingly. Candidates who want to get admission in Jamia through CUET or JMI entrance can participate in the online application procedure for the admission.
Important dates of Jamia Millia Islamia Admission 2025
Jamia is providing admission in their campus into two categories including admission for those courses whose entrance examination will be conducted by JMI and admission for those courses whose exam will be conducted in CUET. The online application form for JMI based entrance courses is open between 5 march to 10 April 2025. However candidates who are opting for CUET based admission in the campus can also submit their application form after 5 March and will get opportunity to submit the application after 10 days of releasing the CUET result. So admission procedure will not end for CUET based admissions after 10 April.
After that University will conduct the entrance test in the campus on 26 April 2025 onwards where candidates will able to download their hall ticket or admit card after 17 April 2025.

JMI Admission 2025 Application fees
Candidates will require to pay the application fees to submit the application form between 5 March to 10 April 2025 to sit in the entrance examination. The range of the application fees is between 700 to 1000 rupees. Where candidates will need to pay Rs 1000 application fees if they are applying to the admission in any of the following departments:
- AJK Mass Communication Research Centre
- Centre for Management Studies
- Centre for Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences
- Faculty of Architecture and Ekistics
- Faculty of Education
- Faculty of Engineering &Technology
- Faculty of Dentistry
- Faculty of Law
Apar from the above departments, you need to pay 700 application fees through online mode accordingly.
JMI Admission Application Procedure 2025

- After that you will reach on the new page where you have to search for the admission 2025 and click on the new registration link.
- After that you will be asked to enter your personal details such as name of the candidate, gender details, date of birth, parents information, mobile number and email id where you will get OTP for verification
- After that you will able to create user id and password to login on the dashboard
- Now it will ask you to select the specific course where you have to appear in the entrance examination and fill your educational details accordingly
- At the end between ask you to upload your documents including passport size photograph, marksheets of 10th class in 12th class or graduation if applying for PG.
At the end it will ask you to pay online application fees according to your course criteria either 700 rupees or 1000 rupees. Once you pay the application fees the application form will be submitted and you will able to download the PDF of the application form.
