To be eligible for the PM Yasasvi Pre-Matric Scholarship scheme, the applicant should fulfill the eligibility criteria:

• be an Indian citizen
• be a domicile of Dadra Nagar Haveli or Daman and Diu
• belong to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category
• be studying full-time in Class 9 or 10 in a government school/institute
• have a minimum of 75% attendance in the previous academic year
• have a maximum family income of ₹2,50,000 per annum
