Benefits of Pragyan Bharti Scuty Scheme 2024-25

• The Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme will encourage students in the state to continue their higher education after 12th class. 
• Beneficiaries will be selected according to their marks in the merit list of Assam higher education Council.
• Candidates will get the Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme payment from the government to purchase a Scooty from the dealer.
• The government will also provide registration fees of the vehicle to the dealer along with the insurance of the scooter. So you are not required to pay any single fees during this procedure to receive Free scooty.

Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme Eligibility 2024

• Both boys and girl students are eligible to apply in Pragyan Bharti Scooty scheme 2024-25 in Assam state.
• The student should have completed 12th class from a recognised government school of Assam state.
• The applicant should be a permanent Resident of The Assam state.
• If you are a girl student then you are required to achieve at least 60% marks in your 12th class subject. 
• However boys who want to get scooty in this scheme have to achieve at least 75% marks in their 12th class subjects.
• Students of each stream including Arts, Commerce and Science are eligible to apply in this Assam HS Scooty Scheme.
• The student should require complete 12th class in the year of 2024.
• It is important for candidate to get admission in higher education after 12th class either in any degree course or UG level diploma or certificate.
• The students who drop out of their education in previous years and completed 12th class in the year of 2024 are not eligible to apply for this Assam Free Scooty Scheme.
• Similarly, candidates who have appeared in 12th class compartment examination for session of 2024 will not be able to participate in this scheme.

How to Apply for Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme 2024?

Directorate of Higher Education is the responsible agency to provide the fund under Pragyan Bharti Scooty scheme 2024-25. Authority is not inviting individuals or candidates to apply for the scheme manually through online as well as offline mode, but will collect data of the candidates from the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council.

After that authority will prepare list of the candidates who score more than 60% marks ( in girl case) and who achieve more than 75% marks ( in boy case). So after that, they will prepare a list of all the beneficiaries accordingly and will release it on the official website of the Directorate of Higher Education of Assam.
