Earlier the release of the CBT-1 Admit Card, RRB NTPC city intimation slip is released 10 days before the exam date. RRB NTPC Admit card is released online separately for CBT 1, CBT 2, CBAT, CBTST, Document Verification & Medical Exam. RRB NTPC CBT-1 Admit Card download link will be made available on the official websites of RRBs once it is released. To download the RRB NTPC CBT-1 Admit Card of RRB NTPC, all the applicants need to enter user ID, password, and captcha code.

NTPC Posts Educational Qualification

• For Undergraduate Posts: Candidates must have passed the 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination.
• For Graduate Posts: Candidates must possess a university degree or its equivalent qualification.

Note: Candidates who are awaiting the results of their final examination should not apply.

RRB NTPC Age Requirement and Registration Fee Details

Age Requirement:

• For Undergraduate Posts: Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
• For Graduate Posts: Candidates must be between 18 and 33 years of age.

Note: The exact age cutoff date of eligibility to determine eligibility will be clarified in the official notification.

Registration Fee:

• For GEN/OBC categories: Candidates have to pay an application fee of ₹500. Out of this, ₹400 (less bank charges) will be refunded on appearing in the first stage CBT-1.
• For SC/ST/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen/Transgender/Minorities/Economically Backward categories: The registration fee is ₹250, which will be refunded (less bank charges) after appearing in CBT-1.

Railway NTPC Recruitment Selection Process

• The NTPC selection process consists of several stages that are designed keeping in mind the requirements of each post. It generally consists of two stages two computer-based tests (CBTs), followed by other tests for certain specific roles, and finally document verification and medical examination.
• For roles like Station Master and Traffic Assistant, candidates have to clear two stages of CBT as well as a computer-based aptitude test (CBAT), followed by document verification and medical examination.
• For posts like Junior Clerk-cum-Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk-cum-Typist, Senior Clerk-cum-Typist, Junior Account Assistant-cum-Typist, and Senior Time Keeper, candidates have to clear two stages of CBT and a typing skill test. They then have to clear document verification and medical examinations.
• Two CBT stages are followed by document verification and a physical examination in the selection procedure for various positions such as Trains Clerk, Commercial cum-Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum-Ticket Clerk, and Commercial Apprentice.

How to Apply for the RRB NTPC?

• Go to indianrailways.gov.in, the official website of Indian Railways.
• Click on the direct link provided and select the zone you wish to apply for.
• Register by selecting ‘NTPC New Registration’ and select your zone from the drop-down menu.
• Fill in the required details and check the availability of vacancies for your selected zone. Proceed by clicking on ‘Apply for RRB NTPC’.
• Complete the RRB NTPC application form, then click on ‘Continue’. Confirm your details on the next page and click on ‘Confirm’.
• Receive the OTP on your registered email and phone number. Enter the OTP and captcha, then click on ‘Submit’.
• Log in with your RRB NTPC Registration details and pay the application fee.
• After payment, choose your choice for the available posts and upload your photo, signature, and required certificates.
• After submitting your NTPC application, print a copy for your records.
