UGC NET 2024 Qualifying Marks

The Passing Criteria and Minimum Qualifying Marks for UGC NET 2024 is given below.

• The candidates who will be shortlisted will be equal to 6% of those who take the exam for both papers I and II, based on the UGC NET 2024 Result.
• All of the available slots will be distributed among the different categories in accordance with the Government of India’s reservation policy.
• In order to qualify for UGC NET ‘JRF and Eligibility for Assistant Professor’ and ‘Assistant Professor’ (belonging to Non-Creamy Layer, PwD and Transgender), a candidate must obtain at least 40% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together for the General category and 35% aggregate marks for SC, ST, and OBC.
